Spiritual Emotional Intelligence (SEI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) are both important for understanding and managing emotions, but they differ in their focus and application, particularly when it comes to the role of spirituality and higher consciousness.

SEI emphasizes a sense of connection to a higher purpose, Source, or the Universe. 2. Surrender and Release
